Common Bond excels in two areas that food lovers hold dear: coffee and pastries. The reviews speak volumes about their baked goods. The Kouign Amann has garnered rave reviews for its buttery and flaky texture, while other pastries like the pistachio croissant deliver just the right balance of flavor and richness. The artwork on display in pastry form makes each treat not just delicious, but also a visual feast.
When it comes to meals, the brunch options stand out remarkably. Take, for instance, the salmon salad and the smash avocado, both highlighted for their well-balanced flavors. Our friend Padchy K. especially appreciated how the added chili in the avocado dish elevates the experience. Meanwhile, TahTieanna McLean emphasizes that every brunch plate is not only visually stunning but also bursting with flavors—from creamy scrambled eggs to perfectly crispy bacon.
Let’s not overlook the expert craftsmanship behind the dishes. Chef Marcus is frequently mentioned in granting the place an extra touch of magic with his culinary creations. From the mushroom burger that delivers layers of sophisticated flavors to simple comforts like deviled eggs topped with pork belly, each dish reflects not only quality ingredients but also a deep passion for food. I visited commonbond more than 5 times. They have good brunch options, coffee, breakfast pastry and sweets. I like the process for order, pay and wait at table. Experience to their service is good. Salmon salad is my favourite so far and smash avocado is taste (with some chilli, it adds dimension) their coffee is standard and their sweet looks pretty but too sweet for my taste. Price is reasonable and I like that they opens early.

Great place. We stopped by to grab a quick bite on our way to do a funeral service. First time here. Food was great. I got the breakfast. Facility was clean. The staff was really friendly and courteous. Alot of food selection. I'll definitely be returning here.

This place has a cozy vibe and a great atmosphere. The coffee is excellent, and the bakery items are absolutely delicious. It’s a perfect spot to catch up with friends and enjoy some good conversation.

We went yesterday evening with my husband and my child. The guy at the counter was very kind. I loved the service and will definitely be coming back. Their pastries are delicious. I have not tried everything I bought yet but I will definitely be finishing everything up by the end of today. Their pistachio and croissant is very good. They were both flaky and the filling was just right without overdoing it. Their packaging was very cute too. My son wanted a cake pop. We chose not to buy him one bc he had just finished one from Starbucks across the street but the guy at the counter gave him one. It was so sweet. I’ll be recommending this place too my friends and coworkers.

Common Bond never disappoints! I came here for brunch and every dish was both visually stunning and delicious. I had the breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, bacon, a biscuit, hash brown square, and jam. The eggs were creamy and cheesy with a nice veggie mix, and the bacon was perfectly crisp. The hash brown was surprisingly unique crispy outside and soft inside, almost like a savory bread pudding. The biscuit paired wonderfully with the sweet berry jam. I also tried the deviled eggs topped with pork belly, and WOW, easily one of my favorite bites. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The pork belly was tender and seared just right, giving a savory punch to the smooth deviled filling. For dessert, the berries & cream croissant was light and refreshing. Flaky croissant loaded with fresh berries and whipped cream. Perfect for sharing or treating yourself! Everything was plated beautifully and served fresh. Great service, lovely vibe, and definitely a go-to brunch spot in town. Highly recommend!

Common Bond has long been celebrated for its bakery — and rightfully so. The pastries are divine, the coffee always on point. But what I experienced recently went far beyond baked goods. It was something rare, something that deserves to be recognized: a lunch so exceptional, it made me rethink what this place truly offers. The heart of this unforgettable experience? Chef Marcus. Before I even tasted the food, Marcus’s energy stood out. He’s the kind of person who changes the entire atmosphere of a place just by being there. Always smiling, greeting guests with warmth that feels genuine and contagious — the kind of presence that makes your day better without saying a word. That alone would’ve made the visit memorable. But then he came out with my mushroom burger. To say I was stunned would be an understatement. It was extraordinary — perfectly cooked, expertly seasoned, layered with flavors of the balsamic onions, perfect amount of goat cheese, topped with arugula that felt both comforting and elevated. Every bite was thoughtful and intentional. Delicious beyond expectation. The level of care Marcus puts into his food is something you can taste. It’s not just a meal — it’s an experience. I’ve eaten at countless restaurants, but rarely does a chef’s personality come through so vividly in their food. Marcus doesn’t just cook — he connects. Through flavor, through joy, through hospitality. And it’s clear that he’s not just working a job — he’s sharing a passion. I want whoever reads this — especially those who manage or lead this space — to know that Chef Marcus is the kind of talent and spirit that sets Common Bond apart. He’s not just a chef. He’s an ambassador of excellence, and his food is the reason I’ll be coming back again and again. Next one being with my entire team from work! If you’re reading this and deciding where to eat next — don’t go anywhere else. Come here. Try Marcus’s food. And prepare to be moved.

10/10!!!!! That's the review. This is now one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat! Found this bakery while exploring the grounds outside my hotel. The Kouign Amann was the best thing on the menu. It was buttery, flaky and the caramel coating took it to the next level!! The Brown Butter Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie was my second favorite selection. Also pictured is the plain oatmeal cookie which also had a great taste. It's light and vibrant inside the establishment with plenty of seating and nice decorative touches. The service was fast and friendly.

100% Recomended! From, coffee, to bakery and breakfast, everything delicious. They have a Kids menu, Mango Juice, Mexican Sodas. Has a small patio!
